Sponsorship-Green Scorpions

During the middle of November as a result of a request on a social network page John Best was contacted by Tim Fraser of Intertrade Distributors.
Tim agreed to sponsor a 4x2 Amarok and FLIR camera for use by the Green Scorpions for a period of 12 months. Tim informed John that he had contacted a couple of sponsors who were keen to come on board and assist with the sponsorship.

The Amarok 4x2 and FLIR camera was handed over to the Green Scorpions at a function held at TAVCOR on Wednesday 14 December 2011..
The Amarok was commissioned on Saturday 17 December 2011.
To date 4100km have been travelled with the Amarok patrolling Shamwari and the adjoining roads.
702 hours of duty have been performed in phase 2. This adds to 1392 hours since the start of phase 1.
